My name is Vince Des Roches, and I'm the founder, owner, and in most cases, your driver at Ride Eaze. I started this company because I saw a real gap in the Napa Valley transportation market — and I knew I could fill it better than anyone.
I've spent over 15 years working in luxury hospitality, including time in hotel management in San Diego before returning to the valley I've always called home. Napa isn't just where I work — it's where I grew up, where my community is, and where I've built my life. That connection to this place runs deep, and it shows in every tour I lead.
When I launched Ride Eaze in 2022, I made a deliberate choice to keep it personal.
